All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within 24 hours.

2. Transit Times & Delivery

We primarily use Evri for our UK deliveries. Once dispatched, estimated transit times are as follows:

  • Estimated Transit Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 2–4 business days from the date of order.

Please note: Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed due to potential carrier delays beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Orders over £50.00: FREE Shipping (calculated after discounts).
  • Orders under £50.00: £3.99 Flat Rate Shipping.

4. Shipping Origins & Taxes

All orders are shipped from within the United Kingdom. All prices shown on our website include UK VAT. There are no additional customs duties or hidden taxes for orders delivered within the UK.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your delivery progress directly through the carrier's website.
