Important: Items returned without prior approval or without using the provided shipping label may not be accepted.

  • Return Shipping Cost: For "change of mind" returns, we provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience. The actual cost of this return shipping will be deducted from your final refund. Customers will be informed of the exact deduction before the refund is issued.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • We will provide instructions to replace or refund the item at no cost to you, including free return shipping.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
