How We Process Orders

At Scratch no More UK, we want you to know exactly what happens from the moment you click "buy" to the moment your floor protectors arrive at your door. Our logistics are managed by Jaxons Warehouse Ltd to ensure a seamless experience.

1. Order Placed

Once your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Please double-check your shipping address and product selection. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@scratchnomore.co.uk so we can correct it before processing begins.

2. Order Processing (1–2 Business Days)

During this stage, our team at the Billericay warehouse verifies your order details and prepares your items for shipment. We confirm specifications and perform a quality check. Most orders complete this stage within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

3. Shipped (1–2 Working Days)

Once processed, your order is carefully packaged and dispatched via Evri. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as the parcel leaves our facility. You should expect your delivery within 1–2 working days after shipment.

4. Delivered

Your package is delivered directly to your address. Please inspect your order upon arrival. If there are any issues, contact our UK support team within a reasonable time. We are committed to ensuring your floor protectors arrive safely and meet your expectations.
